TIME FOR REAL WORK OUT!

Alright, I haven't blogged for almost three years, and let me tell you this: more have happend to my body in the last three weeks than the intire three years that I haven't been blogging.
It's very simple, really. The thing that keeps me going is the word MOTIVATION. Without motivation, we would get nowhere. 
Before I started to workout the way I do now, my weight was 161 lbs (73KG). I tried hard to eat as much as I could to gain weight, but nothing happend, I guess the secret recipe to gain weight is to actually know what we are putting in our bodies.
I try to eat atleast 4000 calories per day, and that gives results. My current weight is 170 lbs (77KG)
I feel proud for achieving.
